Lesson 1
In this video lesson, you’ll get a BIG, FAT welcome to the 10x community! You’ll also learn about the course (and what the 7 modules cover) and the course structure. In addition, we’ll ask you to tell us about your struggles so we can help you through the course.
Find Your Purpose

In this module, you will discover the power of purpose, 3 studies that reveal the importance of your purpose (and the shocking health hazards if you don’t have a purpose), how to define your purpose (10 questions you must ask yourself now), and how your purpose will help you kick off a virtuous cycle of positive living.
Lesson 2
In this lesson, we introduce the first module: “Find your purpose.” You’ll learn about the importance of finding your purpose and hear a cautionary tale about the risks of not finding your purpose.
Lesson 3
In this lesson, we’re going to get into the nitty gritty of finding your purpose. We’ll drop some mad scientific research that backs the importance of finding your purpose, learn how define your purpose kick-starts a virtuous cycle, and list the 10 questions you need to answer to find your purpose.
Lesson 4
In today’s lesson, we’re going to discuss a little secret about purpose and how it ties into your work, hear a story about Adam working as a tour guide and at Google, and wrap up the first module of the 10x Life course (woo-hoo!).
Map Out Your Life

In this module, you’ll discover the EXACT questions that reveal your true desires, a simple process to map out your entire life (including your dreams, goals, and bottlenecks), and a free tool **you can use right away **to keep yourself accountable.

In this module you’ll get a simple step-by-step process to prioritize your workflow, understand the difference between capacity and flow (and why they’re key to achieving your goals), visualize your work and limit your work-in-progress, define SMART goals to set you up for success, and discover why To-Do lists are slowing your down (and what to do instead).
Lesson 10
In today’s lesson, we’re going to kick-start module 3 “Optimize your workflow”, introduce kanban and the four must-use columns to keep your daily tasks organized, and create your own kanban system in Trello.
Lesson 11
In today’s lesson, you’re going to learn the striking difference between capacity and flow (and ensure you optimize for the right one) and set SMART goals.
Lesson 12
